Setting Your Own Pace

Happy Sunday!

So I just finished my first week at work.  So far, I love the people and the company.  However, I was thrown a lot of new and complex information.  I started to doubt myself because I felt like I wasn’t picking things up as quickly as others.  Fortunately, by the end of the week, I just accepted that I was going to learn the information at my own pace.  Often in life, we will find ourselves in situations where we compare ourselves to one another.  For me, personally, I’ve found that as long as I’ve tried my best that’s what truly matters.  So here’s to setting your own pace and trying your best!

Now for today’s outfit.  First, I have a striped wrap tie blouse.  I can already tell this is going to be one of my favorite tops for Spring/Summer.  It has three of my favorite things: stripes, color and the ability to tie a bow.

For the bottoms, I have burgundy ankle pants to bring out the burgundy in the top.

For the shoes, I have cream heels with a gold tip.

Finally, for accessories I have long silver tassel earrings and a beige handbag.
