Hope you all have had a great week and been enjoying the holidays. This is probably going to be my last blog post for 2018 as I’m traveling to Cameroon next week for a wedding. I hadn’t intended to make this an “end of year” post. And it’s purely coincidental that I the title is about my wrap/poncho but also appropriate in the sense that 2018 is pretty much “all wrapped up.” I’m really grateful for how this year has turned out. Just to highlight a couple significant I started a new job, made new friends and stepped out of my comfort zone and created this blog! I’m really excited for what 2019 will bring and hope to push myself further to achieve my goals.
Today’s blog outfit is of course Christmas inspired (just two more days!). This Fall/Winter season, I’ve worn quite a few wraps and ponchos so it’s only fair that I wore one for my final blog post for 2018. It’s a green, plaid fringe wrap that is extremely warm and cozy. The wrap comes with armholes which I love so I didn’t have to worry about it slipping or falling off. This wrap can also function as a scarf as well! I love dual or multi-functioning clothing and definitely plan on wearing this for the rest of winter.
I layered the wrap over a white blouse and paired it with navy, skinny ankle pants.
Finally, for the accessories, I have green suede heels with a bow and a gold statement necklace.
Thank you all for reading! Hope you have a wonderful holiday and an amazing new year!
